By connecting your Spotify account and using our service you agree to these Terms.
Age
You confirm you are 18 years or older.
License
You grant us a limited licence to process your playlist data solely to provide the Service.
Prohibited content
No illegal, violent, hateful, or pornographic playlist content.
Disclaimer
Results are for entertainment only; no warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to USD 10.
Termination
We may suspend the Service at any time; your data will be deleted as in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
Israeli law; exclusive jurisdiction Jerusalem District Court (or substitute small-claims court).
Changes
Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
